It was great!! The technician was professional and personable. He included me every step of the way to be sure it was the way I ordered it and wanted it. I had to reschedule some days and they worked with me to stay close to the original time frame. From the sales rep to the home office to the technician was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone!!

We had 2 tub/showers replaced, 1 with a walk-in shower the other with a soaker tub/shower. **** was our salesman and he provided a complete rundown of the demolition and installation process. He took the time to listen to our concerns and which way to go for our needs. Miz was our installer and he did an excellent job. He took the time to discuss how the installation process was going each day he was at our house. He was always willing to take the time to answer any questions we had. The work areas were were also keep clean and tidy during and at the end of each day. The ladies in the office were also very easy to work with, any question we had and the scheduling of the installation.

After meeting with several companies in this industry, I chose Bath planet because they were very professional affordable and completed the job quickly. It was a very difficult decision because it is so permanent, but they were very patient with me and my questions. I highly recommend them. Chad was the sales person and Tom was the installer.

Loved these guys they came with masks on and were very professional. They had my walk in shower in within one day. They took out the old and installed the new and it looks beautiful. Makes my bathroom look much bigger.

Had a tub to shower conversion. It took 1-1/2 days to complete. Installer was on time and reliable. Explained every step of the process thoroughly. Every step of the process from beginning to end was flawless. Our new shower is beautiful! Wonderful workmanship. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Kennewick.

I recently moved into a new home with my elderly father, who uses an upright walker. His new bathroom was so small that he had to back in, which was very dangerous. We knew we needed a remodel, so I searched online and called Bath Planet. The person who answered arranged for Cindy to contact me, and we set up a consultation for the next day.Cindy was wonderful, and my father and I liked her from the start. She asked if my father was a veteran, which he is, and told us about a VA grant for home modifications. She walked us through the process, making it a breeze, and my father was approved. We picked out our remodel, and the project was handed over to Donna, who was great at keeping us in the loop. She updated us regularly on when the products would arrive and when installation was scheduled.On installation day, Tom got the whole remodel done in one day, which was amazing! The bathroom looks awesome, with a roll-in shower and enough space for my father to walk in forward, sit, turn his walker, and exit forward. No more dangerous backing in. We really felt that Bath Planet genuinely cared about doing a good job for us.I highly, highly recommend this company, especially for veterans needing bathroom modifications. Contact your VA to ask about grants that don’t need to be repaid. We couldn't be happier!

Alex did an amazing job of explaining Bath Planet's products, options, and genuinely listened to what we needed and wanted. He helped us determine exactly what was important to us without any feeling of being “upsold” on product options that were not necessary. Alex took the time to explain the whole process and did a thorough job assessing our bathroom and plumbing. We had a great experience with Bath Planet. Our sales rep Mark explained the process and offered suggestions on the remodel. We had the entire bathroom redone. Paul, Albert and the rest of the crew took out the old tile, tub and plumbing. Installed the new shower and drywall so that it was ready to paint. The entire crew were great to work with and did a superb job. I’ll be recommending Bath Planet without hesitation.

I had Mr Pollman visit my home for an estimate on home windows. We ended up throwing in a shower replacement for a much needed one. Super friendly and nice and very straight to the point. Very down to earth but informative at the same time. Not quite ready but will definitely call this company back when i am ready.

He was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. He expertly explained my current shower setup and helped design a wonderful redesign. Was very thorough in explaining their products and design, how the install process would work, went over everything step by step while still maintaining my budget. Can't wait for my install.

When we contracted with this company, we were impressed by the quality of the work that was done by the pictures that were shown to us. John Coley, our sales associate, helped us out greatly in picking out all the materials and financing options that were available. When we finally had the installation done, which was completed today, Isaac and his teammates were very professional, courteous and timely on their arrival and departure times. Now I just have to wait for at least a day to allow the sealants to cure up and then it will be putting the shower to use.
